For now this blog is just a way to explain things to myself and show-off my work to prospective employers. Hopefully I'll write something that's useful to someone other than myself too.

Something a prospective employer might find impressive but doesn't really fit on a resume is that I'm credited on a Carnegie Mellon University lecture slide despite being too dull to ever study there. All I did to earn my place on page 431 of those slides was start a Wikipedia article about a really niche topic in (computational) linguistics, Cross-serial dependencies.
